EnorChile SA,In its commitment to always act under the highest ethical standards, and to ensure due compliance with current regulations, in accordance with the principles and values of our institution, it has prepared a Policy of Prevention of Crimes, in order to:

​

1.Identify the activities or processes that represent a greater risk.

​

2. Establish the protocols, rules and procedures that allow the commission of crimes to be foreseen in relation to the indicated activities.

​

3. Identify the management and auditing procedures for financial resources that allow preventing and detecting their use for purposes other than those intended.

​

4. Establish the methods of effective application of policies and measures, and their constant updating.

​

5. Establish sufficient and expeditious communication channels in order to anticipate risk situations or take the repair and corrective measures deemed pertinent.

In order to achieve these objectives, the Board of Directors of our company has appointed the lawyer and prosecutor of Enorchile, Patricia Méndez, as Compliance Officer. Whose work and obligations are established in the document “Methodology of the Crime Prevention Manager”.

All Complaints will be treated confidentially, with the highest security standards. The only recipient of these complaints is the Crime Prevention Officer.
